What is the return policy?
We hope you love your Willow & Wave pieces. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they meet our return conditions.
Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact. For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned if liners have been removed or items show signs of wear.

Shipping Information
We aim to dispatch within 24 business hours, with tracked delivery available on all orders.
Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Swimwear care
To maintain the quality and longevity of your swimwear, we recommend rinsing after each wear and avoiding as best as possible contact with oils, tanning products and harsh chemicals.
We recommend to hand wash cold and lay flat to dry out of direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry, iron or bleach.
Sustainability
Willow & Wave is consciously created using premium recycled fabrics for our swimwear, plus recyclable packaging and responsible production practices.
We work in limited quantities to reduce waste and design with longevity in mind - creating pieces meant to be worn and loved for seasons to come.
Discount codes
Discount codes can be applied at checkout where valid.
Only one code can be used per order, and some promotions may exclude certain collections or sale items.
