We hope you love your Willow & Wave purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned in accordance with this policy.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Return Eligibility

Items must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery;
- Be unworn, unused and unwashed;
- Include all original tags and packaging;
- Include original hygiene liners where applicable.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear items with removed hygiene liners or seals cannot be returned unless faulty.

Sale items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless legally required.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive an incorrect or visibly damaged item.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item has developed a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of discovering the issue, providing photographs and order details. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law
