Refund policy
Returns
We offer returns on eligible items requested within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with all original tags, packaging and hygiene liners intact. Proof of purchase may be required.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear with removed hygiene liners or seals, signs of wear, washing, fragrance, cosmetics, tanning products or damage cannot be returned unless faulty.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. To protect operational privacy, our returns address is provided once a return request has been reviewed and approved.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If you require a different size, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order for the preferred size.
Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or otherwise identified as non-returnable cannot be returned unless faulty.
UK Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item has developed a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@willowandwave.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible.
We will assess the issue and advise on the appropriate next steps. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You may be required to provide proof of purchase.
